This is my study of a plaid shirt.
There's a mixture of marker, color pencil and ink there.
1st: Marker (3 shades)
2nd: Color Pencil (2 shades)
3rd: Go over the color Pencil (using the lightest marker shade)
4th: Create lines using Acrylic inks.
5th: Call it a day son, cuz it's a wrap!

So there's a story behind this...
Senior year at Pratt I took a course, of course. My project revolved around death chasing a child through a garden. But there was this one Piece where I actually needed a skeltal hand for reference. I asked Chandra Chair of the dept in Manhattan for the skeleton and she said no. Went back to my Prof, she then wirtes this note...Chandra still said no. I had to change up my final project.

This is something I was working on earlier. I was working with 2 different spoons because I loved the simple lines of spoon no.2 (pic above) and the shiny reflections spoon no.1 which was a beautiful spoon I found online. Now I know I got carried away. This spoon is a lil off...Fork that yo! I'm thinking 'hey this looks great' and then I stand up for a stretch and it looks weird...now where's that eraser?

Firestarter rocks!

So there's this kick ass movie called Firestarter with a young Drew Barrymore...It's pretty awesome. But there's this one creepy guy (John Rainbird) who spits out one of the most beautiful lines that I've heard all week!

Here goes:

"John Rainbird: John, the friendly orderly, will come in. He will greet her, talk to her, get her to smile… John, the friendly orderly, will make her happy because he’s the only one who can. And when John feels she has reached the moment of her greatest happiness, he will strike her across the bridge of the nose, breaking it explosively and sending bone fragments into her brain.
